I am feeling a little bit under the weather today. The reason? I just received my MAKNA newsletter. This time, they featured the pancreatic cancer survivor, who used to be an odd job village labourer staying some 52 km Temerloh who also, had a wife who is bedridden, suffering from a stroke. The wife has recently died(AlFatihah, may Allah bless her soul). His first son is an SPM candidate and his youngest son, a PMR candidate.He had to sell off his possessions, to raise money for his usual journey to a hospital in Temerloh for his cancer treatment. Reading about the less fortunate cancer survivors made me feel angry with myself. I have been so lucky to feel fine throughout my cancer journey and my last post sort of had a hint of complaint...why would I worry about other people's perception? I should be worrying about not being able to do more to help other cancer survivors who are in need of help..
Astaghfirullah..I should feel grateful for everything, for all the things I have been provided with. Even when tested with this illness, I am blessed with things which is considered luxury to others.
Forgive me God, for I have been ungrateful...

From what I know, the condition of the immune system is the key determinant in the formation of cancer. Researchers devoted to ganoderma-related scientific studies have discovered that ganoderma have the active components in the process of removing the most challenging of all the human immune diseases; that is cancer and AIDS.
A few research about Ganoderma:
In 2004, Prof Zhi-Bin Lin from Beijing Medical University had identified that G lucidum polysaccharide peptides (active component in ganoderma) indirectly prevent tumor cells from growing new blood vessels, thereby causing cancer cell apoptosis due to starvation. Cancer cells expand into the lymphatic system by forming new blood vessels. This is their primary route during metastasis. If the formation of new blood vessels is blocked, the proliferated of cancer cells will be blocked also. Such findings are extremely significant because preventing cancer cell proliferation is the most perplexing problem in cancer treatment.
In 2005, Nestle Research Center in Switzelend used a cell model showed that effective components of ganoderma triterpenoids suppressed hepatic cholestrol biosynthesis in the liver. In 1986, Proffessor Ming-Shi Shiao(Taiwan) prove that ganoderic acids could inhibit hepatic cholestrol biosynthesis. In 1989, Japanese researchers, Komoda et al., obtained similar results using a liver ex-vivo test finding ganoderic acid C and its derivatives effective in suppressing hepatic cholestrol biosynthesis.
Since the discovery of ganoderma triterpenoids in the 20th century it has been involved in a number of scientific research advances. In addition to its efficacy, reviewed above, its efficacy in combating influenza, HIV, hypertension, cancer and allergies and promoting platelet aggregation amongst others, have also been proved by in-vitro tests. Its psychological activity, promoting human health, is one of the most important actions of ganoderma. On this basis the Japan Health Food Association (JHFA) uses triterpenoids to authenticate ganoderma products.
Ada banyak lagi research yang dah dibuat mengenai ganoderma dalam menyembuhkan cancer dan macam-macam lagi sakit kronik yang lain. Kawan saya pun dah bayak pengalaman menolong pesakit cancer sampai sembuh. Alhamdulillah. Ada sesetengah case yg doctor dah tolak, tak berani nak buat kimo dan bagi ubat because doctor kata dah tak lama untuk hidup, tapi bila kita kasi ganoderma, Alhamdulillah, sembuh sepenuhnya. Anak Lee Kuan Yew suatu masa dulu pernah kene cancer. Doktor pun dah tolak case because doctor predict hanya ada masa 2 minggu untuk hidup. Tapi dia tak putus asa, dia cuba makan ganoderma, Alhamdulillah sampai sekarang sihat walafiat. Pada mulanya, dia keberatan, tapi setelah Lee Kuan Yew pergi sendiri melihat lading ganoderma dan kilang pemprosesan di Taiwan barulah dia berkeyakinan untuk makan produk ini.
Saya pernah ada masalah dengan liver, perut, constipation, sinus dan low blood pressure. Tapi sekarang Alhamdulillah, selepas makan ganoderma saya tak perlu lagi berjumpa dengan doctor.
Terlalu banyak lagi perkara dan pengalaman yang saya ingin berkongsi bersama dengan akak. Kalau akak tidak keberatan, kita boleh berjumpa supaya saya boleh menerangkan dengan lebih lanjut mengenai ganoderma beserta dengan buku research mengenai ganoderma. Produk ini telahpun medapat pengiktirafan dari Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia, Jepun, Taiwan, Singapore dan banyak lagi Negara lain. Ianya telah berada di pasaan sejak 1988.
